The Busbar Bending-Cutting-Punching Machine comprises of 3 stations, namely- Bending, Cutting, and punching station. These stations carry out the operations required to produce the busbar.

process, the operator does not need to draw a cross line or punch a foreign punch, which improves the work efficiency and the accuracy of the punching position.

Cutting cylinder

The cutting unit adopts a double-column double-knife type cutting structure, and the upper knife and the lower knife are installed vertically and parallel to ensure that the cutting edge is flat, no waste, and no deformation after long-term use. Increase the cutting pressure by 50 tons.

 

Bending process

The bending station adopts a closed bending structure for reinforcement and durability. The flat bending, vertical bending and embossing are more uniform, and the U-shaped bending function can be realized. The minimum distance between the two bends is 40mm.
